The ear loops are easy to adjust and are thin so they don't make your ears stick out. Just have to not adjust them them too tight because then they hurt behind your ears. The mask fits well with no gaps on the top sides or bottom. It doesn't go under the chin but the fit, at the bottom of the chin, is snug.
